At LaQuay Ceramics, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted. Please review our returns and exchanges policy carefully before placing your order.
 

Ready-to-Ship Items

Returns

• Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
 

Exchanges

• Exchanges for ready-to-ship items are accepted when inventory is available

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping costs

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order ceramics are created specifically for you after purchase.
 

Returns & Exchanges

• Made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges

• This policy is due to the custom nature, production time, and materials involved

Minor variations in color, glaze, size, or finish are natural in handmade ceramics and are not considered defects.
 

Custom Orders & Commissions

Custom commissions (including size, color, or design modifications) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within [3–5 days] of delivery

2. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

3. Do not discard the item or packaging until the claim is resolved

If damage occurred during shipping, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
 

Lost Packages

LaQuay Ceramics is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing a claim when possible.
 

Incorrect Shipping Information

LaQuay Ceramics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase.
 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [X business days] after the returned item is received and inspected.
