Order Processing Time
All ceramic pieces are carefully prepared for shipment to ensure they arrive safely.
* Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
* Processing time does not include shipping time.
* You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items are completed ceramic pieces that are in stock and available for immediate dispatch.

Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order items are created specifically for you after your order is placed.

We ship using reliable carriers such as USPS / UPS / FedEx
Domestic Shipping
LaQuay Ceramics currently ships within the United States.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier but generally range from 3-5 business days after shipment.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
If international shipping is offered:

Lost or Delayed Packages
LaQuay Ceramics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at christinalaquay@laquayceramics.com, and I will assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
1. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery
2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
3. Do not discard the item or packaging until the claim is resolved
We will work with you to determine a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. LaQuay Ceramics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
