Welcome to LaQuay Ceramics (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website christinalauay@laquayceramics.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian

  • You will use this site for lawful purposes only

  • You will not misuse or interfere with the operation of the website

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
 

2. Products & Descriptions

LaQuay Ceramics offers handmade ceramic goods. Due to the nature of handcrafted work:

  • Variations in color, glaze, texture, and size are natural and expected

  • Product photos are representative but may not be identical to the final piece

These variations are not considered defects.
 

3. Ready-to-Ship vs Made-to-Order Items

Ready-to-Ship

  • Items are completed and ship within [1–3 business days] unless otherwise stated

Made-to-Order

  • Items are created after purchase

  • Production time is [2-3weeks]

  • Production begins once payment is received

By purchasing a made-to-order item, you acknowledge and accept the production timeline.
 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Payment must be received in full before production or shipping begins

Payments are securely processed through Wix-approved third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information.
 

5. Shipping

Shipping details, processing times, and carrier information are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

LaQuay Ceramics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
 

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Key points:

  • Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 7 days, subject to conditions

  • Made-to-order and custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

  • Minor variations in handmade items are not considered defects
     

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within [3–5 days] of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We are not responsible for items lost by shipping carriers but will assist with claims when possible.
 

8. Cancellations

  • Ready-to-ship orders may be canceled only before shipment

  • Made-to-order orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Product designs

  • Logos

is the property of LaQuay Ceramics and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaQuay Ceramics shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Losses resulting from misuse of products

  • Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
 

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
